QLife Travel Service Q-Card Finland Profit Card - Terms of Use and Delivery General
The Q-Card Finland Profit Card is valid for one calendar year (1st Jan to 31st December). This is also the sales period of the profit card. During the validity period, the card holder is eligible for benefits, advantages, and offers of Finnish origin and provided in Finland.
Benefits, Advantages, and Offers
When buying the Q-Card Finland Profit Card, the customer pays for a physical profit card, not for the material, rights, benefits, advantages, offers or such that the card is eligible for. The holder of the card may not make a complaint to the card seller for any of the benefits or contents that the Q-Card Finland Profit Card holder is entitled to, nor does the purchasing of the profit card give right to claim compensation for eventual changes in the product or service contents of the Q-Card Finland Profit Card.
Under no circumstances is QLife Travel Services or other agent selling the Q-Card Finland Profit Card liable to compensate for the benefits, advantages or offers provided by the Q-Card Finland Profit Card partner, or for the causes and effects of the actions taken by the Q-Card Finland Profit Card partner.
Q-Card Finland Profit Card benefits may not be combined with ongoing offers or campaigns, unless such combination is expressly and verifiably notified. Production Changes and Termination of the Q-Card Finland Profit Card Programme

Marketing and the Use of Subscriber Information
Q-Card Finland Profit Card service provider has the right to send the customer marketing and campaign information, offers and other communication by post, e-mail, phone, text messaging, in natural customer environments and by other means of marketing and communication six (6) months after the expiry of his Q-Card Finland Profit Card validity period.
