Miss Chiquita was crown yesterday Drag Show Artist 2011 in a contenst placed in Pressa Club (Helsinki).

Contest jury included this year Stefan Wallin (Secretary of Defense), Jussi Laitinen (Mr Gay Finland), Miitta Sorvali (actor, TV star), Mia Malmi (reporter) and Hannele Laurila (Manager of Sokos Hotel Presidentti).

Contest was hosted by the wonderful Riita "Ritu" Suominen and who else than Finnish drag Superstar Juha "Mega-Paula" Rastas.

Gay Night Club Jenny Woo was sold few months ago and QLife's Gay Finland has been told that a new trendy gay club is coming before the end of the year. Jenny Woo is still open and operator with the old name.

Finnish Talent progman hosts Jarkko Valtee and Osku Heiskanen are also well-known as "Showhat" drag duet. Valtee and Heiskanen have been loved and respected drag performers since early 90's. This Autumn Drag duet makes nationwide "Queens On Wheels" tour with twelve cities.

New K23 gay bar has been added to Gay Guide. K23 was opened this August to Kamppi shopping centre. Bar has often themed evenings. K23 is open from Wednesday to Sunday nights between 4:00pm and 4:00am.
